Export Issues
It is not easy getting into export markets and very different to doing business in your home territory, we bring our experience and knowledge of global business and make it a less challenging task for you.
You may already have a well established business exporting to Europe but want to take it truly global which is totally different in the business approaches and or models. We can make this a success in a shorter period of time than you will be able to do yourself. Your business already has International coverage but you are not happy with it’s performance and feel it could be improved. We can analyse the International profile and look at specific territories and existing agreements. It may well be that your current channels are inappropriate and may even be locking you out of a market for reasons you don’t know – we will get to the bottom of it and provide a solution.
If you are already established internationally but have a blip e.g. your International manager has quit and you are struggling to cope then we can help with interim international management and help vet new candidates and will stay with you until the business is stabilised and back on track.
You may want to expand Internationally but your key management team don’t have time for distractions that might take their finger off core business. They also might not have the right expertise or contacts to make this successful. We can make it happen and help you.
You may feel it is time to recruit an International manager but are not sure the overseas venture will be a success and you cannot afford to hire and fire if it fails. Taking your best sales guy off the road to put them in this position will not help on 2 fronts – they will not have International business knowledge and cultural awareness and your home base business suffers as a consequence of removing a good sales person.
